Maša Uzelac, School of Languages, Literatures & Cultures

Ashley Cahillane is a PhD researcher in the Discipline of English at National University of Ireland, Galway. She has an MA in Postcolonial and World Literature from Maynooth University. Her PhD project looks at twenty-first century literary representations of freshwater in crisis and is funded by an Irish Research Council Postgraduate Scholarship.

Maša Uzelac is a PhD student in French at NUI Galway, funded by a Galway Doctoral Scholarship. She obtained a Masters degree in Romance Studies at the University of Novi Sad, Serbia. Her doctoral thesis looks at utopian and anti-utopian tendencies in the works of Aldous Huxley and Michel Houellebecq.
